Actively HiringMedia Buyer — Contractor Ad Campaigns
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns for home improvement contractors
- Daily budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring across multiple client accounts
- Building and testing ad creative variations — hooks, angles, and copy — alongside our copywriting team
- Audience research and targeting refinement for local service-area campaigns
- Weekly performance reporting on cost-per-lead, cost-per-estimate, and ROAS
Qualifications We Care About:
- 2+ years managing paid social and/or Google Ads spend (home services or local lead gen preferred)
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display)
- Comfortable reading data — you know the difference between a cheap click and a profitable lead
- Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and lead-form funnels
- High ownership — you treat client ad spend like it's your own money
