Co-FounderMike's advertising career is rooted in genuine direct-response copywriting - the discipline of writing words that compel people to pick up the phone and request high-ticket estimates. He's authored campaigns for 9-figure companies.
Before that, Mike worked in the construction trades - completing a carpenter apprenticeship and working residential and commercial jobs, before moving into sales and eventually advertising.
That background gives him a real edge writing contractor ads: he knows how homeowners think when vetting tradesmen, and he knows how contractors actually talk on the jobsite.
Joe Neves
Co-FounderJoe has spent the last 4+ years helping businesses get more customers through better marketing and sales. Along the way, he's worked with some of the largest agencies in the industry, learned directly from people managing millions in ad spend, and worked hands-on with contractors and local business owners across the country.
His experience covers everything from Facebook and Google ads to websites, follow-up systems, sales, and AI automation. He's seen what actually helps contractors turn leads into estimates and estimates into paying jobs.
